Participation in the Yampa Valley Business Retention & Expansion Study:

Completing this study will only require 10-15 minutes of your time. The 'Contact Information' sections of the study contains some mandatory questions. For any other questions throughout the study that you prefer not to answer, feel free to leave them blank.

Rest assured that your responses to this study are completely confidential and anonymous. They will be combined with other participants' answers to create a comprehensive summary report, which will be shared with participating businesses.
