As a ten-member public-private partnership, the Board brings together leaders who understand the importance of both economic vitality and quality of life in the Yampa Valley. Board members help set strategic direction, provide oversight, and ensure RCEDP remains responsive to the region’s evolving needs and opportunities. Their leadership helps position RCEDP to serve the valley today while supporting a thriving future for generations to come.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to community-driven economic development, RCEDP is led by a committed board of directors and receives guidance from the Economic Development Council. Functioning as a public-private partnership, RCEDP's ten-member Board of Directors embodies partnership between the public and private sectors. These management professionals contribute to RCEDP's governance, oversight, and strategic direction. With a focus on long-term sustainability, the Board is committed to protecting the quality of life and economic well-being of our beloved home, the Yampa Valley Valley.
