Moving from Idea to Income
A practical workshop for early-stage entrepreneurs with a business concept
Workshop Description
This ideation workshop helps early-stage entrepreneurs and new business owners to move beyond assumptions and test whether their business idea can actually work. Participants will explore desirability, feasibility, and viability to understand real customer demand, what it takes to build and deliver their offering, and whether the business can be sustainable and profitable.
Through practical exercises, founders will identify key risks, test core assumptions, and assess whether their business model is strong enough to justify moving forward.
Participants will leave this workshop able to:
- Clearly articulate your business idea, target customer, and the problem you’re solving.
- Identify and prioritize the key assumptions and risks in your business model.
- Assess real customer demand and recognize meaningful market signals.
- Understand what it will take to build and deliver your product or service.
- Evaluate whether your business is commercially viable and worth pursuing next.
